In order to activate a new client on White Glove all of the following setup must be done.
Create a Client on White Glove
Create a Client on the Directory of White Glove Applicaton (Smart Hub).
If this is not done there will be no visibility of the Client on the White Glove system.
SEKO 360 WMS (DC) Environments
Client
Currently this can only be done by SEKO 360 Support.
A new client must be added in the following WMS databases:
Production for Live bookings
UAT for testing on test data (demo WMS database)
Attributes of the Client
AllowShipToCompanyCreate
Currently this can only be done by SEKO 360 Support.
Field: AllowShipToCompanyCreate
Value: must be set to TRUE.
Error Message
Error Submitting SalesOrder: DemoSourceRef000330 - Error. Ship To Company does not exist
This would be because of the Final Mile Facility not existing against the WMS and not being able to be created as it should be.
Client Links to DC
The Client must be linked to the DC.
Currently this can only be done by SEKO 360 Support.

Error Submitting Receipt: DemoSourceRef10092 - Error. Invalid Mapping - DC
SEKO 360 iHub (Integration Hub)
iHub must be enabled for each client.
Currently this can only be done by SEKO 360 Support.
Error Message
Any post to the Integration Hub won’t work
Product Master for each WMS
Product Masters must be loaded for a Client in a DC.
This is done using the iHub, or individually with access to the Client (across DCs).
If this is not done there will be one of the following errors.
Error Messages
Error Submitting Receipt: ASNCSV0008 - Error. Product RM-PC-Test-01 does not exist
This message occurs if the Product Master list does not contain the product
Error Submitting Receipt: ASNCSV0008 - Error. Product RM-PC-Test-01 does not have supplier TestOrgCode
This message occurs if the product exists in the Product Master list but not for the client specified.
