This section provides information on how to use the cancellation report to review cancellations raised from SEKO360. It also provides a step by step guide on how to raise a new sales order cancellation.

The selected root page could not be found.

Once a cancellation request is created, in the "Dispatch Detail" report,  the column "Cancellation" will say "To Cancel" next to the sales order.


Once the DC has processed the request, column "Status" will say "Cancelled" next to the sales order.
