What is the Integration Hub?

The Integration Hub works as the gateway between the clients system and the SupplyStream Warehouse Management System. Data uploaded to the hub is then communicated directly to SupplyStream, and vice versa:

To get started, we recommend checking out the iHub section of this wiki to give you an overview of the system. Otherwise, the Integration Hub provides data transfer via the following communication protocols:

• Manual uploads: Manual uploads are performed by uploading a CSV via the Integration hub interface. The Integration Hub User Guide shows the step-by-step process of this.
• FTP protocol: Using FTP allows files to be communicated to and from the hub via an FTP server. See the FTP documentation for more information of this process.
• REST API protocol: API allows calls to be made to and from the hub using an API key unique to the client. See the API documentation for more information of this process.
