Sales Order Booking Details show the details of the booking compromised of the following sections:

Summary

  • Sales Order Booking reference

  • Transfer Order from which it is sourced, if any

Customer Details

  • Customer name, address and contact details

  • Delivery details (outbound delivery) and delivery date

  • White Glove assembly required

Collection Details

  • Distribution Centre (Warehouse) name, address and contact details

  • Scheduled dispatch date

  • Delivery Method

  • Haulier

Delivery Method

WG-875 - Getting issue details... STATUS

The Delivery Method is an enumerated value in the data model representing four types of delivery, some of which include installation:

  • Delivery by Haulier to Final Mile Hub, Final Mile Partner Delivers and Installs at End Customer

    • This is the default and standard process, where the goods are dispatched from the warehouse to the Final Mile Hub

    • Final Mile Hub must be selected

    • Dispatch address is the Final Mile Hub

    • Pre-Alert goes to Final Mile Partner

  • Delivery by Haulier to End Customer only

    • The goods are dispatched from the warehouse directory to the end customer. There is no installation.

    • Final Mile does not need to be selected.

    • Dispatch address is End Customer

    • Pre-Alert goes to SEKO

  • Delivery to End Customer by Haulier and installation by Haulier

    • The goods are dispatched from the warehouse directory to the end customer. Installation is done by the Haulier

    • Final Mile partner does not need to be selected.

    • Dispatch address is End Customer

    • Pre-Alert goes to SEKO

  • Delivery to End Customer by Haulier and Installation by Final Mile Partner

    • The goods are dispatched from the warehouse directory to the end customer. Installation is done by the Final Mile Partner

    • Final Mile partner must be selected.

    • Dispatch address is End Customer

    • Pre-Alert goes to SEKO

Haulier

Haulier may be available to be entered in all Delivery Methods.

Final Mile Facility

  • Country

  • Final Mile Hub name, address and contact details

Dispatch Details from Collection Address

  • Packing Information, delivery notes

  • ETA at Destination

    • Final Mile Hub, if Final Mile Hub involved

    • Customer Address, if no Final Mile Hub involved

      • Additional Customer Address, if changed from original at time of booking WG-844 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Transit Mode

Transit mode from Distribution Centre (Warehouse) to Destination

Goods

  • SKUs with description, quantity (master SKU)

    • Child SKUs with description, quantity (master SKU)

Options to hide notes, show hidden notes
