This is to allow a Destination Agent to enter the ETA and ATA for both Sea and Road shipment. To do this just go to Supply Chain → Schedules → Sea or Road:
- User can filter the page by using fields shown on number 4.
- By expanding the plus icon as shown on number 1, this will give the user which shipment reference are on that vessel.
- Should you wish to update ETA click icon number 2
- To update ATA click icon number 3
ETA update
- By default the current date will populate in the date field, should you have the different date just click the calendar icon.
- Click update should you want to continue.
ATA Update
- By default the current date will populate in the date field, should you have the different date just click the calendar icon.
- Click update should you want to continue.
NOTES:
- Records shall drop from this list once ATA date is actioned.
- ATA - updates are visible in the following pages:
- Status Report all - Customer
- Container list
- Leg Journey actual arr date will have the updates as well
- To book - dest and customer
- Destination require confirmation
- Delivery booking - print
3. Grid rules where show records once:
- Shipment not authorize but ETD past already
- Shipments that authorized already
- shipments with ETD is more than from the current date but authorized
