This method can be used to cancel a sales order. |
System behaviours
- On SupplyStream reporting, when the clients system requests a cancellation using this service, the order will show as Cancellation: To Cancel. Once the order cancellation request has been processed by the DC, the order will show as Status: Cancelled. More details on this report can be found here.
- By using this service, this systematically stops the DC from dispatching the sales order.
- Cancellation is immediate once successfully sent to the iHub. There is no SupplyStream delay.
- Order should not be cancelled once it has begun to be picked
