Background
Retrospective on how
the product is progressing
the team is working together
Luca
Luca has been working on design and is pleased with progress.
Requirements analysis is difficult and the process needs to be better defined for him to learn actual user requirements
A quick prototype would be good to be shown to the user for validation, prior to actual development
Design settings should be correct as far as possible to mitigate redevelopment costs at a later date
Â
UI Design should be as collaborative as possible
Possible that developers will be able to take the design straight from Miro board - it has to be well documented
Â
Users to speak to - initially Manchester, followed by broader user base.
Need to work bit by bit on requirements with more granularity
Colours, usability, behaviour, looks all need to be made aware to the wider audience for processing and validation early on, including Mike Powell who could analyse it and get thoughts from other users.
Â
Steve
Steve glad to be moving on with 50%/50% time split between Adam and Luca for user stories and design requirements respectively.
Looking forward to
what if…. scenarios
acceptance criteria
joining functionality and design of back end / front end communications
Â
Adam
Started off very stormy
Communication has improved
We’re playing catchup because if the UX requirement being added rather late in the process
Luca is doing 2 tracks simultaneously; getting requirements and doing design work
Â
Need to watch the following
General communication
Allowing Luca to get on with the job and contact people as required
Development and how it’s progressing with the user stories presented
Meetings planned
2/3 hours on MIRO
1 hour call with Luca/Adam/Steve to check progress
Â
James
Glad to see things are falling into place
There is a good understanding of the system, however unsure about how detailed user requirements are and therefore what level of granularity can be given to the developers at this stage.
Glad that Dmitry and Luca are working together
Resources to be put in place asap
2 more developers having bias towards FE or BE but both probably full stack,
UI designer
