  • team performance increased due to usage of nuget

  • all planned tickets have been completed

  • added swagger

  • real data on FE

  • poor quality in tickets decomposition

  • ticket sequence is not optimal during the sprint

  • broken environment from time to time

  • no FE tests

Action Items

Discussing ticket implementation sequence within the team during the sprint
Subtasks tickets breakdown shall be a separate from ticket discussion/estimation activity held by dev team
FE UT must have
QA – to let dev team know when deploy is needed
