Booking Confirmation

Dates and Times

Booking Confirmation will no longer show GMT date and times in the confirmation documentation. Instead the forms will be treated as local time and therefore what is entered in the form will be printed in exactly the same way. This applies to all dates and times on the booking confirmation form.

Lift Types

Lift Type will be mandatory if a lift is available and this will be printed on the Confirmation document.

Cost Categories will be completely configurable

  • SEKO Client Email Address

  • Booking Confirmation PDF Bar Code Value

    • CargoWise Reference or

  • Financials - Costs Header Labels 1 and 2, eg. Meeting Rooms and Booths for ROOM

  • Booking Confirmation Screen - Meeting Rooms and Booth Size (ROOM only)
