Sales Orders Bookings

• Layout improved with extra information regarding the hubs

• Show Confirmed Delivery Address and Scheduled Delivery Date

• Show “for” scheduled date below status when booking confirmed

Booking Confirmation

• New fields added to booking confirmation including

  • Labels changed

    • Person scheduling work

    • Work scheduled with

    • Delivery day on-site contact full name

    • Delivery day on-site contact phone number

  • Floor location up to 256 characters

  • CSCS (UK only)

  • Building conditions and access

  • Security

  • New consignee address can be entered if necessary (Address Line 1, 2, 3, City, Postcode, Country)

  • Scheduled work date

  • Reason for late scheduling (shows only if scheduled date > dispatch date + 10 working days)

Alert Panel

• Alert when booking confirmation due - removed after booking confirmation done

• Alert when sales order sent no longer generated

Archived Records

• Archived records can be restored to dashboard

Tidy Up

• “Delivery Date Range” Label added to filter for date range

• Cost lines remove []. Additional information is blue colour

Logging In

Login problem error message has been changed to show a logout screen so that any invalid login credentials can be removed and a new login attempted.

Known Issues

• Alerts won’t always be marked “unread” when new alerts are generated for the same booking

• Successive booking confirmations for the same sales order don’t show data from previous submission
