Pre-Alert Notifications Generated Automatically

There is no requirement to create Pre-Alert Notifications manually after this production release. The system will generate an email along with a pdf document listing all the goods, the consignee and other information.

On dispatch from the warehouse there is a notification to the White Glove system. This triggers an attempt to send the pre-alert notification to the White Glove partner. There are conditions for the pre-alert notification to be sent, which are that the following must be entered prior to SEKO 360 having the goods marked as dispatched. If these fields are not filled in a reminder will be visible to add them, after which a pre-alert notification can be sent at the press of a button.
