Uploading a file
This section provides a step by step guide on how to upload a file to the integration hub.
Access the file upload menu
Select File → Upload File.
Select the service
Click the service required based on the type of file you are uploading. In this example, 'Load Web Sales Orders' was selected.
List of services
Here is a list of the main services, along with a short description. SEKO Integration setup is required per service:
Service | Description |
Load Companies | This method can be used to create new companies in SupplyStream. This includes new suppliers and ship to companies. The Company Type field is used to specify the type of company you are creating. |
Load Product Master Updates | This method can be used to update product information for products you created using Load Product Masters. |
Load Product Masters | This method can be called to create new products in SupplyStream. If you have not created any products then this should be the first method you call. |
Load Receipts | This method can be called to create new receipts in SupplyStream, suitable for both standard deliveries and returns. This will create an advance ship notice of pending deliveries to the DC. |
Load Release Sales Order from Hold | This method can be used to release sales orders from hold. These orders will then be visible in the DC and ready to be picked. This is related to the wholesale and retail environments; build and then send. This is NOT an appropriate use for backorders. |
Load Sales Orders | This method can be called to create new sales orders in SupplyStream. The products within the order must have sufficient available stock for the order to be created if "PushToDC" is set to true. |
Load Web Sales Orders | This method can be called to create new web sales orders in SupplyStream. The products within the order must have sufficient available stock for the order to be created if "PushToDC" is set to true. |
Load Sales Order Cancellations | This method can be used to cancel a sales order. Please note once an order has a status of "To Dispatch" it cannot be cancelled. |
Selecting your file
Click "Select file" or simply drag a file from your computer into the window.

Structural check
This screen displays how the contents of your file have mapped to the systems expected values. Please check if the information has mapped to your expectations. The Integration Hub system will also perform a structural check.
If your file fails the structural check, you will see a red bar like below. The effected row will be highlighted. Click the "Display Error Message" button to see the reason for the failure. In this case, there was an issue with the "Sales Order Date" format. If the file fails the structural check, the system will not allow you to proceed. Same entities, i.e. ASN Number, SO Number, should be grouped together in the file. For example, if a Load Receipt file contained the following rows in order:
Row 1: ASN123, Row 2: ASN123, Row 3: ASN234, Row 4: ASN123.
Row 4 would be counted as a separate ASN to Row 1 and 2. You are therefore likely to receive a duplicate ASN error for Row 4 on upload.
As default, the headers of the csv file must match what was mapped.
If your file passes the structural check, you will see a green bar like below. This stage is not cross-checking against SupplyStream data, such a product codes and stock levels (This is done at the next step using the "Activity Monitor"). To proceed, click the "Submit" button. Proceed to next step.
Check that your file has successfully uploaded
The file upload has now been attempted by the system. To check whether the upload was successful, please check the Activity Monitor by clicking either of the buttons highlighted below.
Find your upload activity. For more details on searching using the Activity Monitor, see .
If your file uploaded successfully, a tick will be displayed next to it.
If any of the lines on your upload failed, a red cross will be displayed next to it. Please note that this upload may contain some successful uploads if multiple entities were uploaded in a single file (in this example, sales orders). See the Activity Details section of this guide on how to review line level details of an upload.
