The Proof of Delivery (POD) document is based around the Booking Confirmation document and is designed to capture information about the booking including confirmation that the job was done satisfactorily according to the end customer.

This information is supplemented by the POQ (Proof of Quality) which is an Ion Assist process including multi-media and some simple questions which can also be uploaded to the Smart Hub system.
