The ASN should be sent to the warehouse via an API. If the product masters exist and another ASN doesn’t already exist in SEKO 360 WMS the ASN should be sent successfully. The status should then change to ASN Sent.

Sent to Warehouse

The ASN has been sent to the warehouse (WMS).

SmartHub - send ASN to SEKO 360 WMS and is awaiting action by the warehouse which result in notifications back to White Glove via an API.

Receipt in Progress - Push Notification from WMS

“Receipt in Progress” is a status which implies that a notification has been received stating that some of the original ASN has been received but not all of it. In this case the value of “ConfirmedDate” on the push notification is null. See API documentation below.

Goods Receipt Complete - Push Notification from WMS

“Goods Receipt Complete” is a status which implies that a notification has been received from SEKO 360 WMS confirming that the original ASN has been fully received with “ConfirmedDate” containing a non-null value. See API documentation below.

Note that when the receipt is complete the SKUs received may be the same or different to the expected quantities. White Glove will show it as follows:

Booking received as expected

Booking was received exactly as expected.

Booking received with differences

Booking was received where either or both of the following conditions are true

• the quantity of any individual SKUs has different received quantity to that expected

• entirely different SKUs from those expected
