Dashboard

The Dashboard is where all the active bookings can be seen. They have filters, allow different clients to be selected and have entry into the bookings.

Archive

The Archive is similar to the dashboard where all inactive bookings can be seen. They have filters, allow different clients to be selected and have entry into the bookings. Inactive records can be made active again.

Cost Categories

Cost Categories categorises types of work which are done per client.

Cost Types

Cost Types are particular costs which make up the Cost Categories.

Issues

Issues are records of events or problems which need to be addressed with a third party, eg. client, supplier.

General configuration of the client’s setup.

Final Mile Facilities

Users

List of Users of the system including whether they are supplier, client etc. and their roles

User/Branch/Client Configuration

Combinations of users, branches and clients. eg. a client may be served by a number of branches and a number of branches may serve a client.

CSV Export

White Glove Application

CSV Export should be limited to one client and be in the format “SmartHub clientname date time” where

  • clientname is the Client’s name

  • date is the date formatted as “YYYYMMDD”

  • time is the time formatted as “HHMMSS”

PowerBI

PowerBI should export each customer separately in the same format as the White Glove application CSV Export “SmartHubPBI clientname date time”.
