Stock Adjustment User Guide
Stock Adjustment
To view Stock adjustment quantities of products, you can see them in the stock adjustment screens.
Logistics Tab > Inventory Menu > Stock Adjustment.
From the side navigation menu, click Logistics, select Inventory, and click Stock Adjustment.
View Stock Adjustments
1. From the All tab list, click the Search button to see records.
2. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see the stock adjustment you need to view.
3. To Expand the stock adjustment line item, you must click the “+” icon beside the Line Export button.
4. To export the stock adjustment line, click the Export button beside the expand/Collapse button.
Create Stock Adjustments
1. To create a stock adjustment, click the Create New button below the grid.
2. Select Stock Adjustment Type. (Increase or decrease).
3. Go to Items, Enter Carton No. from the auto-complete field, Quantity, and Reason Code.
4. Then click the Add button.
5. Users can Edit added stock adjustment lines and can add more stock adjustment lines by entering another stock adjustment line item and clicking the Add button.
6. Once done completing the appropriate fields, click the Create button to proceed.
7. Repeat these steps for each stock adjustment you need to enter into the system.
Increased Stock Adjustments
1. From the Increased tab list, click the Search button to see records.
2. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see the stock adjustment you need to view.
3. To Expand the stock adjustment line item, you must click the “+” icon beside the Line Export button.
4. To export the stock adjustment line, click the Line Export button beside the expand/collapse button.
5. To export data, click the Export button.
6. Select the file formats required and once done, click the Export button.
Decreased Stock Adjustments
1. From the Decreased tab list, click the Search field to see records.
2. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see the stock adjustment you need to view.
3. To Expand the stock adjustment line item, you must click the “+” icon beside the Line Export button.
4. To export the stock adjustment line, click the Line Export button beside the expand/collapse button.
5. To export data, click the Export button.

The following location types support stock adjustments:
Available Stock
Query
Web Stock
Cross Dock
If the stock is in a Quarantine location, the best option would be to move these licence plates to a location with a “Query” location type and then stock adjust them down.
