Cost Categories are entered per client. The code and description both have to be unique.

Maintenance of existing Cost Category

If the Cost Category is used in any booking the delete button is disabled.

Addition of Cost Category

Cost Categories may be added as long as the code and description are not the same as existing categories.

Cost Categories may be deleted only if there is no booking containing that category.
