Enable "Force Dimensions Required" for the client Beauty Pie in Milton Keynes DC

Detail:
When the “ForceDimensionsRequired” setting is set to true for a DC / Client combination, then users are required to always capture Dimensions even when the Carrier does NOT require us to send them dimensions.
We are turning this feature on for the client Beauty Pie in Milton Keynes DC.
