SO Booking Confirmation Details (Supplier Portal)

Booking Confirmation is entered by the White Glove partner which can be filled in and submitted to schedule the work at the end customer site.

On submission of the form the following happens:

  • A confirmation of the booking is shown to the supplier on the screen

  • A PDF document confirming the booking is sent:

    • To:

      • Person with whom the work is scheduled in the form

      • Additional email addressees shown in the form

    • cc:

Validation

  • Consignee closing time must be later than consignee opening time

  • Additional address for delivery, if entered, will completely replace the booking details consignee address (booking.delivery.address)

  • Reason for late booking field should be shown, updateable and mandatory if scheduled delivery date is later than dispatch date + 10 working days
