The “Pre-Alert“ email is a critical notification to the White Glove Partner containing
goods, for installation
purchase order, for agreeing the expected costs
booking confirmation link, for agreeing with the customer

Calculations
There are some calculations based on unvalidated data entry, These have to be performed for the email to have all the correct information:
Product Dimensions - from field “ProductSize” which is included in the dispatch notification from SEKO360.
ProductSize is a manually entered, non-validated field
Care has to be taken that it fits the format to make a calculation on it
